Kirti Caterers Guidelines

Terms & Conditions

  • Counter arrangements must be set up and provided by the client (party).
  • For halls or party plots with monopoly rules, the billing for utensils and decorations must be paid directly by the client.
  • For special counters like Chaat, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, and Thai, an additional Rs. 10 to 15 per plate/counter will be charged.
  • Charges for female waiters, PRO hosts, and catering college boys will be billed separately.
  • Sitting service charges will be billed separately.
  • A minimum guarantee of 500 guests is required for catering orders.
  • Charges for the agreed minimum guest count must be paid in full.
  • If the event guest count exceeds the agreed number, the additional guests will be charged in full.
  • Extra decorations and specialized crockery charges for any order will be billed separately.
  • The menu must be finalized according to the season.
  • If additional items are included in the main menu, they will be billed separately.
  • Kitchen waste will be gathered in one place, and its disposal must be arranged by the client.
  • Payment Terms: 50% advance payment and 50% on the day following the event.
  • Arrangements for light, water, and kitchen space must be provided by the client.
  • Any government taxes (GST/taxes) will be billed separately.
  • The caterers reserve the right to make changes in menu/arrangements due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • These guidelines and rates are applicable for Anand city limits only.
  • Legal jurisdiction will be Anand.
